The propose are to improve decision-making plan for hidden problems, and then introducing QA model to measure Six Sigma cultural performance.
The residual risk value has been reduced after the improvement of risk identification. We find the problems are to reduce the incidence and severity values cannot be judged from the risk matrix. This study measured the Six Sigma performance score of the case factory is as 48.16 scores. The result show that the cases case factory were “Significant with tactical results and the project focuses on the Six Sigma implementation”. If the case factory wants to enhance the acceptance rate, they should not only improve and keep improve he low scores of each indicator to achieve excellent performance.
