It is a perennial tropical bulbous flower. Similar pink bracts lotus, and for the ginger branch, it said ginger lotus. Because of bright colors, unique patterns, and flowering long, loved by the people in Asia. The study used pure water, ethanol, isopropanol and ethyl acetate for extraction in four steps: 30 minutes to 5 hours, 25°C, 50°C and75°C. The effects of different solvents, Find out the optimum temperature of ginger lotus leaf, bulb and petals at different temperatures as well as its anti-oxidation substances. The results showed that the extraction rate of ginger, leaf, and petal by gingerbread was the highest in the fifth hour at 75℃, and the extraction rates were 26.01%, 41.83% and 31.01% respectively. The content of total phenols measured by ethanol extraction was 0.44 mg GAE/g d.w. , the total flavonoid content of pure petal was 1.88 mg Rutin/g d.w. , and the bulb was extracted by ethanol The highest content of total sugar was 3.86mg Glucose/g d.w. , and the content of catechins extracted by isopropanol was 2.42mg Egcg/g d.w.. In terms of antioxidant capacity, the highest DPPH clearance rate of ethanol extracted leaves was 79.25%, the highest total oxidation resistance of bulb roots extracted by isopropanol was 92.45%, and the highest reduction power of the petals extracted by pure water was 1.56 . In functional testing, the highest inhibition of tyrosinase activity by isopropanol was 71.84%, and the highest moisture retention of the petals extracted by pure water was 39.70%.
