Description
Summary:碩士 === 中山醫學大學 === 醫學資訊學系碩士班 === 106 === Sleep is a very important physiological function, but the prevalence of sleep disorders in modern people is high. The quality of sleep reflects the physical and mental condition of the individual. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between sleep quality and related factors, objective sleep multiple physiological examinations and subjective Epworth sleepiness scale and depression. This study was retrospectively studied. A sample of 201 patients from September 2016 to February 2018 in the sleep examination department of a medical center had complete PSG and ESS data, and considered the physiological characteristics of the patients. The degree of depression was CUDOS scale of the score. RESULTS: According to statistical analysis by SPSS, there was a significant negative correlation (p<0.05) in age, weight, BMI, blood pressure, AHI and depression degree among patients with polysomnography (p<0.05), there was a significant positive correlation between sleep latency, ESS and depression (p<0.05).Women are significantly more depressed than men. The analysis of logistic analysis shows that the key influence factors of depression are ESS (p=0.007), sleep latency (p=0.024), AHI (p=0.029), and gender (p=0.007), if sex, age, weight, AHI, sleep latency and ESS are self-variant, and the degree of depression is the number of strains. This shows that the subjective and objective sleep disorder indicators are the main factors leading to depression, and improving the sleep latency allows patients to fall asleep as soon as possible.
