Taiwan is the third rank country that receive largest number of Indonesian migrant workers. This condition makes Indonesia migrant worker in Taiwan are very vulnerable to experience labor exploitation. This study titled “the research on human trafficking occurred between Indonesia and Taiwan: in cases of labor exploitation”, which will analyze the modus operandi that used by perpetrator, the role and effort from the both countries to combating human trafficking in cases of labor exploitation based on 4P (prevention, prosecution, protection and partnership) paradigm that already become fundamental framework used to combating human trafficking, and also describe the obstacle that faced by both government to combating human trafficking. This research is a qualitative study, examining problem based on the interview with interviewee from government office that handling human trafficking or Indonesian migrant worker and also literature analyzed that included on primary data and secondary data. The research purpose is to know the modus operandi that used by the perpetrator and to understand government effort to combating human trafficking also the obstacle, hopefully this research will help the government to find the good solution on combating human trafficking.
