Under the pressure of huge crowds and maintaining the activities, security maintenance has become the biggest challenge for hosting kinds of maga events. How to effectively develop strategies of security maintenance for preventing illeague is the focus of present research. Taking the 2017 World University Games in Taipei as an example, the police agencies participated were accessed. Via in-depth interview, we observed that how is the reality of security maintenance in the activities; by means of social network analysis, we comprehended the communication within agencies, organizational structure, and the capabilities of decision-making and mobilization. We had identified findings regarding the security assignment in World University Games, departmental contacts, anti-terrorism activities, order maintenance, and cooperation with general public. It is proposed that host might integrate technology, strengthen the cross-linking of the police, and deepen the perception of security of people when holding mega event in the future. 李宗勳 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 160 zh-TW
