Description
Summary:碩士 === 嘉南藥理大學 === 職業安全衛生系 === 107 === At present, the chemical management method in Taiwan requires all chemicals to be classified and implemented in a control banding manner. Due to the current management system adopted in our country is designed with reference to foreign systems rather than national conditions. Therefore, this study attempts to develop a set of improved recommendations for the classification management of hazardous chemicals. The research used by thirty-seven chemical laboratories, with allowable exposure standard, but not a monitoring item of legal. The result shows that monitoring concentration of Sodium hydroxide is between 2.0×〖10〗^(-2)~7.8×〖10〗^(-2) 〖mg/m〗^3. The result of Zero Ventilation Model method between 1.2×〖10〗^(-2)~3.0×〖10〗^(-1) 〖mg/m〗^3 . The result of Two-Zone Model method with Near-field concentration is 0.3~0.9 mg/m^3 〖mg/m〗^3, Far-field concentration is 1×〖10〗^(-3)~6×〖10〗^(-3) mg/m^3, it refers on the first level management.Monitoring concentration of Ethanol between 6.7×〖10〗^(-2)~58.0 ppm. The result shows that concentration of Saturation Vapor Pressure Model is 58.3 ppm and the concentration of Two-Zone Model method are between9.6~26.4 ppm; And Far-field concentration between 5.2×〖10〗^(-2)~〖9.6×10〗^(-2) ppm, it refers on the first level management. But, according to Chemical Control Banding (CCB), the corresponding management level of sodium hydroxide and ethanol be classified second and the first level management. Improved version - hazardous chemicals assessment and grading management techniques are first-level management. Apparently, the result of Chemical Control Banding has overestimated. It is recommended that this improved version - hazardous chemicals assessment and grading management techniques be used to correct.
