Summary:碩士 === 中國科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 106 === In recent years, due to an aging population and declining birth rate, the demand for long-term care staff has been increasing and long-term care industry has become one of the key industries that the government is developing. This research aims to discuss the factors behind the successful operation of home health care companies and analysis their relative degree of importance. Firstly, the key operational aspects and principles for home health care companies are selected based on Fuzzy Delphi Method. The quantitative method of survey was then employed to seek professional opinions from industry, government, and academia. Fuzzy Method was utilized to solve the problem of unclear semantics between selected aspects and principles. This is followed by using DANP to clarify the cause-effect relationships amongst the key factors. Firstly, this research picked up the key factors for the successful operation of home health care companies before using DEMATEL method to discuss the relationship between each aspect and its relevant principle. This was then combined with DANP method to calculate the weight of relevant success factors to provide a reference framework for those in the industry or those who wish to enter the industry. The result from the study demonstrated:1.The methodology adopted in the study is feasible﹒The“financial management aspect” has the highest centre value while the “service quality aspect” is the most significant﹒2.The top three principles with the centre values in descending order are “financial system”‚“capital requirement” and“ moral values”﹒The top three principles with the significant value in descending order are“ capability of service staff”‚ “service requirement” and “reputation”﹒3.By prioritising and investing resources in areas like service staff capability and service requirements‚ the company can become more competitive﹒4.The assessment of service quality is the most important‚ especially for the service staff capability﹒In terms of environmental factors‚ marketing strategy is the most important﹒ In terms of financial management factors‚ the price of the service is the most important﹒ In terms of professionalism‚ certification is the most important﹒
