The population aging home environment is an issue that people must pay attention to. After about 1981, because no barrier-free ordinance had been published at the time, the architect developed a residential type with a high and low entrance hall in order to save the area of public space, that is, set 3-5 steps before reaching the elevator after opening the door. Between 1981 and 1986, many such types of dwellings were built in those years. So far, these houses still exist. Perhaps the people who bought the house were young people at the time, but the occupants were getting old. The height difference may cause the same in action. Those who are able to move out may be able to move out, but the incapable person can only continue to live here. As a result, it becomes a problem that should be emphasized and improved. If these halls can be integrated into a barrier-free environment, people's life in the future will be guaranteed, and many accidents will be reduced, and the original household will be able to live in the house. Therefore, this study analyzes and evaluates appropriate facilities and equipment, and proposes improvement plans for the indoor and outdoor accessibility improvement of the collective housing. 楊松裕 林敏哲 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 84 zh-TW |

Today's housing prices are rising.
