Description
Summary:碩士 === 長榮大學 === 高階管理碩士在職專班(EMBA) === 106 === In the era of globalization and FinTech (Financial Technology), the industrial structure is rapidly changing. The insurance industry is for sure a labor-intensive part of the service industry, whose success in operations is directly resulted from the impact of the external environment. Due to the fact that the "Insurance Penetration" in Taiwan is the second highest in the world, the issues about the people-oriented service, the sharing of new knowledge, tastes and experiences, have become a new episode in the insurance industry. Many people have researched the traditional mentoring system. Though the research papers at home and abroad have gradually accumulated, most of their contents discuss about the actual results. However, in the case of reverse mentoring and even reciprocal mentoring, this is an emerging issue lacking of the relevant interpretations and clarifications. This research methodology integrates qualitative and quantitative researches, including literature review, in-depth interviews, content analysis, static model analysis, grounded theory, multivariate analysis, Pearson correlation, and importance performance analysis (IPA). The important research findings are: 1. The model exploration phase: Through the process of literature review and secondary data collection research, the trend and development of the mentoring system and the reverse mentoring system are gradually explained. Thus the prototype and the key components of this research basis are formed. 2.The model construction phase: The interviews with senior executives and junior business representatives are coding according to the content analysis method. Then they are under the final static model analysis, resulting in the formation of “a mentoring static model” and “a reverse mentoring static model”. The result is given a proposition. The static model of mentoring and reverse mentoring is then under a focus group discussion, through which a static model of reciprocal mentoring is concluded and given a proposition. 3.The model verification stage: The reciprocal mentoring static model is issued as questionnaires and verified by the Pearson's correlation coefficient and the importance analysis method (IPA).
