The A director of the baby care center was the object of study. It included the formation of leadership styles, leadership styles, difficulties encountered during leadership, and solutions. Researchers first discuss the theory and definition of leadership. After observation, multiple interviews, analysis of data files, and introspection of the review log, the most practical leadership style of director A was presented. The following is the research result of this researcher: Fisrt:Director A's leadership style is influenced by the growth process, family in-fluence, personality traits, part of other people, and part of the matter, and constructs the unique style of director A. Second:At the curriculum transition level, the problems faced by Director A are difficult, including the feeling of conversion without teaching materials and difficul-ties in integrating the operation of teaching aids. For example, teachers cannot guide the operation of teaching aids one by one, teaching aids are in progress, and the physical materials of the teaching materials are difficult to supplement; The integrated teaching aids operate to the difficulty of cognitive learning in daily life. For example, the degree of professionalism of the curriculum requires that all teachers in the nursery center need to be improved to a close level, and the degree of coordination—different from individual teachers to teacher, and the viewpoints of teachers often take a long time. Communication....etc. Third:In the solution to solve the transformation of the leadership curriculum, they are: visit the national baby care center, review and share through teaching, per-sonally go to the classroom to give teachers specific advice, troubles with practical alternatives for teaching aids, request parent assistance to find, and improve qualifi-cations.
