It is a newly established financial service industry such as a newly established bank, post office and credit cooperative. How to use the existing advantages to differentiate from the market is the current problem. Therefore, this study is based onthe farmer's residence in the Da-liao District of Kaohsiung City as the benchmark,to explore the research on the improvement of the quality of the service of the farmers’ association, and through reading relevant literature to explore the excellent contacts the user's needs and preferences. After analysis and sorting, the five criteria for service quality and the fifteen sub-criteria are summarized.The AHP questionnaire was used to compare and determine the importance of the quality of the service. Empirical results of analysis,in the main principles of the five major facets, to care for conditions ranks highest. Secondly, the order is reliability, tangibility, responsiveness, and certainty.Sorted by overall importance, in the fifteen criteria,the first is professional knowledge, second is the uniformity of the grooming,and third is a density of assets.It can be seen, caring is a key source of improved quality of Farmers’ association’s services.In addition, the most important factor for customers is professional knowledge.It shows that the farmers’ association can only stand up and not be eliminated if it is continuously improved.Finally, based on the conclusions reached by the institute. To provide relevant research topics for follow-up researchers to “improve the quality offarmers’ association service” as a reference.
