The researchers collected the data after the interview and then analyzed and classified them. Find the following results: Education has been affected by the economic downturn, and the birth rate of young children has dropped. The continuous increase of classes in public kindergartens directly and indirectly makes the operation of kindergartens face a considerable impact, which is undoubtedly aggravated. Today,kindergartens are faced with insufficient enrollment, competition, and the constant innovation of kindergartens of various peers to reduce the crisis of kindergarten operations. Due to the impact of declining birthrate, the response strategies adopted are as follows: establishment of professional guidance for teachers, innovation of teaching strategies, breakthrough of the old mode of operation, adoption of multiple modes of operation, improvement of service quality and excellent environment, utilization of local culture and Parents’ resources, soft and hard materials are constantly updated, and a strong enrollment strategy plan is proposed. Based on the above discussion, the researchers found and put forward relative recommendations as follows: to be bold in innovation and transformation, resource integration and strategic alliances, solidarity and competitiveness of clustered organizations, service-oriented and concern-oriented service, and improvement of competitiveness beyond current status, The service-oriented and service-oriented, service-oriented, and competitiveness-raising projects that are beyond the status quo are all set to change so that kindergartens can be sustainable.
