碩士 === 長榮大學 === 社會工作學系碩士班 === 106 === This study aimed to investigate that feminine social worker's self-experience in a placement organization .Because the pressure and infertility; I begin to find the medical assistance. The doctor encourages me to do the yoga and aerobic exercise, increases the physiological load of exercise, also make the bodily function to be possible to activate, also, enhancement foundation metabolism rate. Thus I start to do exercise that improved the Scoliosis and born out of work, also will not be feeling down about work. Finally, I develop the habits of exercise regularly and love to practice all kinds of sports, especially yoga. I started to join some mind and spiritual course, because some inspirations are acquired from the self-existence value. The depression on my job could release form the heart. In post-graduate school of grade2,I was with the child naturally and laid off temporarily .When I became a mom and study the narrative in this period, all existence of my life get more and more clearly, I enjoyed to be a mom and want to stay with my kid. Meanwhile, I have deep passion for narrative study, hope to write my experience of life. Whatever be a social worker or a yoga teacher, I always get the feedback from my student and clients. I believe the yoga could initiate mindfulness for youth and other people. I start to have the sense of mission, moves towards the further inquisition. How to help oneself once more conformity body and mind, teach more people have the true psychology, practices to the body consciously, to have the detection, to the mood has the feeling immediately to each, lets the body mind three all balanced develop obtains the good life quality.
