The case study method was adopted in this study, and the researchers were in the core crisis of the corporate crisis of this case company. Use Analytic Hypothesis Process (AHP) analytic hypothesis as to examine ways in which to deal with the crisis through the successful case management and executives for crisis management mode after the assessment questionnaire design and content into personnel and cultural, organizational structure and technical, three levels of analysis to explore the dimensions are included in the respective impact factors hope with this way to discuss management strategies to avoid threats and resolve difficulties.
