These data conceal valuable information which is why in order to maintain competitiveness, decision makers of enterprises across different industries require a systematic method of using data. Data acquirement is not restricted to internal sources but can also be acquired from open data sources. However, the fact that data originates from many different sources and in addition to their property of changing through time, means that the issue at hand is how to make best use of time-effective data. One need to keep in mind that vast amount of over-complicated data requires significant time and effort to analyze, making it difficult to clearly exhibit the value concealed within. For this reason, visualization of data by converting complicated data into simple charts, allow decision makers to rapidly assess the value behind the data. Yet decision assessment is normally conducted by a team rather than an individual, which is why it is also important to take information connection of the team into consideration. In light of the aforementioned data effectiveness and difficulty in data interpretation, the study proposes a research on automatically updated data charts, comprising multi-functional models. Data collectors can upload different forms of data sources onto the model and use standardized data format convert data into a unified format. The can use data alteration detection settings to perform automated examination procedures, thereby updating altered content onto the model’s corresponding data. Google Charts can be used to transform the data into information charts based on set parameters. Encryption technology can then be used to produce designated links for the information charts, which can then be shared to the decision maker and other relevant individuals. Base on the concepts and methods of this design, this study produced a system platform which integrates information chart. Users upload data based on their needs and use the frequency of data alteration detection settings to detect data alterations. In addition, users can convert data into visualized diagrams to display its effects. By sharing the charts, others will gain access to the data. Furthermore, multiple open data sources can be used as examples in conducting system testing and assessment. Based on the results shown from using said examples, the issue with various data sources can be effectively solved. The detection setting grants monitoring of future data changes and combines data visualization. This reduces the burden that users face when analyzing data. The establishment of information charts can be shared using hyperlinks, enhancing information transfer convenience for decision makers. Wang, Su-Hua 王素華 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 89 zh-TW |
