| Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 企業管理學系 === 107 === This study analyzes the importance and satisfaction of the health and sub-health elderly and their families participating in the day care center. The results provide information on the service content of the operators and the future day care centers, and hope to provide better trustees. Care for the service. According to the above research purposes, the surveys were conducted by participating in the day care center in each county and city. The questionnaire survey was conducted by convenient sampling. A total of 120 questionnaires were sent out and 90 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective recovery rate was 75%.
The research method is based on the importance-performance analysis method (IPA) , the questionnaire is the “business service” facet, and the follow-up statistical analysis is carried out with 15 service content items. After the IPAs importance -performance analysis and testing, it was found that the day care center service project needs to be improved to "transportation", "reasonable charges" and "government-related subsidies". This result can be used to strengthen the planning and formulation of appropriate plans for the operation of the service when the day care center is established to meet the expectations of the research object for service quality satisfaction.
