With the rapid development of information technology, automation industry has become one of the important issues that manufacturing industry adopts to foster productivity. The purpose of the research thesis is to conduct a qualitative study that explores the requirements of service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and customer relationship with respect to the adoption of the main customer of A case company. The methods that we used to analysis variable data include reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis. The findings of this research are as follows: (1) The service quality has positive direct effect on customer relationship. (2) The service quality has positive direct effect on customer satisfaction. (3) The customer satisfaction has positive direct effect on customer loyalty. (4) The customer relationship has positive direct effect on customer satisfaction. (5) The customer relationship has positive direct effect on customer loyalty.
