At present, the government is activelypromoting the long-term 2.0 plan to strengthen community service quality for the elderly Facing an increasing number of disabled elderly people, the establishment of elderly care institutions has become an urgent need for the society. However, with insufficient professional care and manpower, the operations of elderly care institutions are experiencing hardships. Elderly care institutions are conscientious businesses and need a lot of love and perseverance. They can only be sustainable with the emphasis of the key successful factors so that they can help the families in need and assist the elderly to have a warm and happy old age life.
In this paper, through the literature review and the modified Delphi method, the first expert questionnaire survey was conducted to establish the evaluation criteria. The FAHP fuzzy level analysis method was used to conduct the second questionnaire survey to understand the opinions of experts and prepare professional services. the establishment「professional service care」,「friendly environment」,「financial soundness」 three major aspects and 12 related indicators have established a hierarchical structure assessment model for the sustainability performance of the maintenance and maintenance institutions. Experience, summarizing the questionnaires and interview data, and then identify the key factors affecting the sustainable development of the security agencies.
According to the results of the research and analysis, verify the facets and their indicators, compare the weight values, and the most ranked index is “professional service care”, which means that in the mode of operation, it has the most important influence, and is also the institutional operators and residents and their families. The most important aspect of the nursing home; this article is based on the premise of sustainable development of the Anyang organization, to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the current government's implementation of long-term care related policies, for the government and the nursing home and other related institutions, as a sustainable operation Policy measures to improve the needs of social care for the elderly to face the advent of the aging society.
