In the process of operating the super chain business, he found that the super chain store owner is looking for a business partner in the expansion business. He often does not know how to operate and encounter difficulties, so that the business can't go smoothly. The expansion has made it impossible for people to stay for a long time and gradually left the super-chain business. Therefore, through observation and research, this project has provided relevant methods to help team partners to make breakthroughs and help at this stage and process to find suitable business partners. This research is based on the research of super-chain owners to find partners as the focus of research, plus the past successful experience value of senior super-chain owners, and use the design thinking mode to inspire, think and execute, through the three stages. Co-brainstorming to generate ideas, strengthen ideas and evaluate tests to understand the processes and ways to find partners and find better solutions. The research results summarize the following ways to find a business partner's feasibility, to facilitate the chain store owner to try, increase business opportunities and find business partners: 1."Website Introduction": After the online shopping mall tour, let friends register in the mall, execute the consumer experience, understand the convenience of the mall and the diversity of products and hidden business opportunities behind. 2."Event Invitation": The invitation activities include family business briefings, partner store activities, professional makeup activities and parent-child activities. 3."Business Entrepreneurship Briefing Session": The company's entrepreneurial briefing session, understanding the company's background and structure, behind the professional team resources assistance, including multiple business opportunities. 4."Professional Courses": Introduce professional courses such as professional physician health courses, professional makeup artist makeup courses and network center website erection courses to understand the professional technology and related patents behind the exclusive agent brand. 5."Weekly Group Training": Enter the weekly training group to understand the actual operation mode and promotion methods of the business. 6."Internet communication media exposure": Through the FACEBOOK, Instagram and Line groups to share, which inspires the other party's interest and asks about the business opportunities behind it.
