It can be on duty for a long time and create operation effectiveness for many nations in the world. Military applications include situational awareness, autonomous flight, high reliability, and data link for various advanced UAS. The need for UAS is urgent and becomes an inevitable trend. This research conducts a secondary research method by reviewing journals, papers, books, and internet resources for constructing preliminary dimensions and assessment factors, and experts’ opinions are collected for revising the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) structure. Then, experienced experts are invited to participating in model evaluation, and the AHP is utilized to calculate the importances of the UAS military assessment factors. The results reveal that four dimensions include flight control, navigation system, propulsion system, and data link. The top four factors are advanced group behavior, adaptive flight formation, high reliability, and situational awareness. This indicates that the development of UAS military application toward flight control system should be the priority consideration, and this can be referenced for Ministry of National Defense (MND) future development.
