They have also produced a group of Digital Native Students. Therefore, building students’ global vision and ability to communicate in English have become the most important factors in Taiwanese education to align Taiwan with international practice and enhance its international competitiveness. The rapid and widespread development of Information Communication Technology (ICT) has had a huge on students. Therefore, the aim of this research is to study the impact of the implementation of electronic book films on Junior High School students’ English learning. Action Research is utilized as the research method and the subjects in the study were 22 students in one grade-8 class in a junior high school in Taipei. Book Three for 106 school year produced by the Han-Lin Bookstore was the English electronic textbook version used in the study. The data collection methods were class observation, teacher’s classroom observation and students’ interviews and the data was collected and analyzed after the e-Books films had been integrated into the English class for nineteen weeks. The results were as follows: 1.The method of using of electronic textbooks films in junior high school English teaching is convenient and useful because it helps to reduce the teaching difficulties caused by students’ different levels of English. 2.The use of electronic textbooks films in junior high school English teaching helps to promote students’ concentration and motivation to learn. 3.The multi-media aspect of electronic textbooks helps to promote students’ interest in reviewing lessons. 4.The use of electronic textbooks films in junior high school English teaching positively changes the teacher-student relationship and the learning atmosphere in the classroom.
