Therefore, this study aims to understand the current situation of the use of 3C products for children with physical and mental disabilities in special schools and parents' attitudes toward their education, and to explore the differences in attitudes, behavioral intentions, and attitudes toward parenting of 3C products for children with different background variables. And influence. In this study, questionnaires were used to collect the required data. Parents of special school students were the subjects of the study. A total of 570 questionnaires were distributed and 520 valid questionnaires were returned. The effective recovery rate was 91.2%.The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample t-test, single-factor analysis of variance, multiple regression analysis, and other material analysis methods. The results showed that: 1. Parents adopt the attitude of “ignoring indifference” and “enlightened authority” for the children's attitudes to physical and mental disabilities, and the types of attitudes to education are very different. 2. Different background variables (parental status, age, family monthly income) showed significant differences in "3C product use attitude" and "education attitude". 3. Different background variables (parents' daily use time, children's degree of disabilities) showed significant differences in children's use behavior (use ability, weekly use time). 4. Parents' attitude towards the use of 3C products for children with physical and mental disabilities positively influences behavioral intentions. Among them, “living assistance” is the factor that most strongly influences behavioral intentions. This study will use this analysis to provide parents with special education school with related parenting education and counseling. Through understanding the current situation of the use of 3C products for students with physical and mental disabilities, we will use 3C products to help enhance the actual use of the products and the wishes of parents.
