The quality of indoor air quality affects the quality and efficiency of work directly. The impact of indoor air pollutants on human health should be taken seriously, and indoor air quality must be effectively improved in order to maintain human health. This study selected the "Indoor Air Quality Management Law" passed in 2011 as the main analysis theme, because the department store is one of the first batch of notification and management venues announced by the EPA. Its control area is large and business premises various articles to be sold. Variety and complexity, the number of inbound and outbound populations in different seasons, holidays, and non-holidays vary greatly. During the anniversary and crowds are numerous, indoor air qualitywillbe poor, affecting the health andworking efficiency of indoor personnel. This study aims to explore the perception and evaluation of indoor air quality in department stores. Through the case study of Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Xinyi Place, we analyze and understand the true features of the survey, and discuss the relevant topics for respondents with different background variables, knowledge and experience. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the internal employees of the A11 store and the external customers who came to spend on weekdays and holidays. A total of 600 valid questionnaires were collected. The research findings of the comprehensive literature and the results of the questionnaire analysis were found to be as follows: 1. Maintaining indoor air quality is the current social regulation that the government must deal with; 2. Take the pioneer in the era of indoor air quality management policy; 3. Detail the management mechanism of regulatory projects and quality monitoring; 4. Internal staff highly affirm the indoor air quality of department stores; 5. Personal background influences perception of (indoor) air quality; 6. Practical experience and knowledge response quality management; 7. Strengthening publicity and inspection management is an important strategy for improving bad evaluation.
