Packaging process is very important for semiconductor manufacturing,In the process of packaging, Desiccant occupies an important ratio, desiccant occupies an important ratio, the main purpose is to remove moisture from moist materials and prevent metal corrosion.This study mainly explores the best inventory of desiccant in the packaging quality of Taiwan's semiconductor industry company.Take K Company of Hsinchu Science Park as an example, demand for silicone desiccant and mineral desiccant from 2016 to 2017, individual use of EOQ economic order quantity, (R, S) regular stock pattern and (s, Q) quantitative stock model, and calculate the total annual inventory cost, analyze which inventory model is suitable for the inventory model of silicone desiccant and mineral desiccant.According to research, silicone desiccant is more suitable for (s, Q) quantitative inventory mode, mineral desiccant is more suitable for (R, S) regular stock model, check whether there is a significant difference in each inventory method by t .Excessive inventory also leads to product damage and high storage costs .Insufficient inventory, but also caused out of stock and caused the problem of shipping . This study will calculate the best stock model of silicone desiccant and mineral desiccant used by K company , and optimize the inventory model of the company's internal inventory management efficiency to reduce the inventory cost of the company.
