碩士 === 中華大學 === 工業管理學系 === 106 === The purpose of this study is to develop a mechanism for the selection of meat supplier. The mechanism can be a reference for a firm to choose a supplier that fits its operation strategy or needs in the future. It also can help meat suppliers to improve themselves. In order to find the key indicators of the selection of Miaoli County’s meat supplier, this research first studies the development history and general situation of the meat industry. Meanwhile, by investigating the related literatures about the index of supplier selection, this paper proposes five main aspects of meat supplier selection. Then, use the expert questionnaire of Delphi Method to find out the relative importance of these factors that influence the meat supplier selection. Afterwards, join the opinion of ten experts following the Analytic Hierarchy Process method to provide the indicators of meat supplier selection. Through adding the weighting principle for important indicators of meat supplier selection, the results can be used as priority when the enterprise wants to find the optimal meat supplier in the future. The mechanism not only help company be easier to come to a common consensus and achieve the target while negotiating with the suppliers, but also build the good foundation for the sustainable development of meat supplier.
