It was proposed that the dietetic side wished to improve the symptoms of sleep disorders and avoid the doubts caused by long-term use of drugs that would affect health. In this experiment, 40 volunteers with sleep disorders were recruited into four groups to take a single-blind mode. Test(A) 10 placebos (Placebo-C) were continuously taken for 15 days in the control group, and Test(B) was the first of experimental group. Ten people took Suanzaoren and sesame seeds were continuously taken for 15 days, and 10 people in the Test(C) the second of experimental group took wheat, jujube and sesame seeds for 15 days. Test (D) 10 people were the third of experimental group and took the bean extract GABA for 15 consecutive days. This study uses a brainwave signal measurement instrument that simply measures the value of the pre-sleep brainwaves to assess the quality of sleep. Mindwave Mobile Mindwave Mobile and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale (PSQI) , meridian instrument(PHSC), heart rhythm bracelet(HR) four tools, before and after the measurement of sleep quality data for comparison analysis. The results of the experiment showed that the effective rate of improving symptoms of sleep disorders - the overall effectiveness of the control group (TestA) was13.68%, and it was speculated that the effective persons were related to psychological factors affecting sleep. The overall effectiveness of the experimental group (TestB) was 45.40%, the overall effectiveness of the experimental group (TestC) was44.44%, and the overall effectiveness of the experimental group (TestD) was 48.95%. In the experimental group when the committee visited the doctor and meridian instrument(PHSC), the inquiry found that the improved party was more effective in improving the quality of sleep and other symptoms in patients with liver and heart attack.
