This study is mainly aimed at instant coffee. The case is well-known chain stores. The sample is from the store manager and business executives. The period is from January, 2017 to December, 2017. There are 900 store location, 6 store types, and 42 items. We will discuss that the factor of management performance for stores. The factors Include stores characteristics, product attributes, and seasonal factor. Last, and also the most important, product attributes and seasonal factor how moderate stores characteristics and management performance. The evidences indicate that stores characteristics, product attributes, and seasonal factor have significant differences in sales performance. Store area, store type, component attribute, taste attribute, package properties, price attribute, and seasonal factor have significant differences in management performance. Indeed, product characteristics and seasonal factor have moderation effect. The sales volume or sales amount caused by different stores characteristics will vary depending on product attributes and seasonal factors.
