The object of the study is “eEwill Technology” where the researcher is employed, and focusing on analyze and discuss the prospects and future. Although the current stage of the company is stable and there is a certain reputation in the industry, also has entered a fully developed period, However, due to the environment effect, the concept of information service industry has changed the company has also evolved a change plan for the past two years. Therefore, this paper is to explore the business strategy of information service industry in Taiwan. This work uses a questionnaire of expert group in-depth interview as a data collection method. Firstly, we obtain the weight of evaluation criteria by using the analytic hierarchy process. Then sorting criteria weights and analyzing the consideration criteria of the information service industry. Moreover, discuss the success key factors for the business strategy of information services industry. Finally, we provide the high importance success key factors and offer a guideline for information services industry.
