碩士 === 長庚大學 === 商管專業學院 === 106 === The scale of Taiwan's information service industry is relatively small, and the threshold for entry into the industry is relatively low, resulting in the scale of small factories, and most of them rely on projects as the main source of profit. The overall growth of the Taiwan’s information service industry has been a steady development in the past few years, the scale of its business households has also increased year by year. It can be seen that the public feel positive about the future of information services industry. However, the pace of growth has gradually slowed in recent years, and new types of information services such as artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud-based technologies have gradually surfaced. As the issues have been fermented, the seeds of concern have sprouted. The application of new-style technology, the ability to integrate vertically, cross-domain cooperation, and the change of business philosophy are all important in the future. This study focuses on the development of Taiwan’s information services industry, industry characteristics, business management strategies, and the composition of key success factors in order to explore the development of Taiwan’s information services industry and the formulation of relevant future strategies and operating guidelines.
