| Summary: | 碩士 === 長庚大學 === 商管專業學院碩士學位學程在職專班經營管理組 === 106 === NHI have implemented the " Drug Expenditure Target " system from 2014 to 2016. In this study, we used the data of drug pricing adjustment from 2014 to 2016 and categorized according to the adjusted categories of " Guidelines of pricing adjustment for National Health Insurance reimbursed drugs ".We study the association between the characteristics of drug products and drug pricing adjustment. The results are as follows:
1.The ratio of exceeded drug expenditure target are 4.11%, 5.76% and 2.16% from 2014 to 2016。The average maximum modulation of drug pricing adjustment belong to the classification three A2, out of patent period but less than fifteen years and not belong to FDA or EMA or PIC/s.
2.Correlation analysis found that the old price and the modulation mostly showed a low degree of positive correlation.About the correlation between group annual consumption of previous year and the modulation，drugs during the patent period showed a moderate negative correlation and drugs out of patent period but less than fifteen years showed a low degree of negative correlation.
3.Cubist regression tree analysis, drug modulation is mainly affected by the subgroup and druggist, followed by Old price , Annual consumption of previous year and Drug Quality Classification, but when the variable of the subgroup was removed, ATC Code first three yards will become the most influential variables and old price and Annual consumption of previous year will be enhanced. In the part of explanatory power of regression, Old price and Annual consumption of previous year can only partially explain the price fluctuation of the drug price. If the variable of subgroup is removed, old price and Annual consumption of previous year will be enhanced.
