However, the concept and model of the "Monthhouse Club" originated from Taiwan. With the changes in the lifestyle of Taiwanese people and the trend of declining birthrates, the 2015 CIA World Survey estimated that the total fertility rate in Taiwan was 1.12, which is the third lowest fertility rate in the world. However, the postnatal care agency in Taiwan “confinement center” “Industry is springing up at the historic moment. Under the competition in such a fierce environment, the purpose of this research is to use the perspective of pregnant women to explore the impact of the demand for webpages in confinement centers. This study collected data using surveys. The analysis revealed that website credibility positively influences confinement center credibility, which further encourages information seeking and increases the intention to purchase services. According to the results of this study, relevant suggestions are made for reference in subsequent studies. Keywords: Confinement center, information behavior, service purchase
