This study takes the volunteers who participated in the community care program in Miaoli County and Changhua County as research objects and analyzes the profiles of volunteers in individual background variables, participation motivation, social support and life satisfaction. Then, the single factor analysis of variance and regression analysis were used to explore the correlation between participation motivation, social support, and life satisfaction. The results were: 1.Volunteers with different background hold varied perspectives towards participation motivation, social support, and life satisfaction. 2.There is a significant difference between the participation motivation of the volunteers and social support. 3.There is a significant difference between the participation motivation of the volunteers and life satisfaction. 4.There is a significant difference between social support and life satisfaction of the volunteers.
