At the same time, while the people's health awareness is raised and their health status begins to be emphasized, action medical applications are gradually being taken seriously by hospitals to provide different types of services. Furthermore, hospitals may save more money and get the maximum profit, if we can prolong action medical applications' service time and make them being used continuously. This study aimed at exploring the reasons for the continued use of mobile medical applications by analyzing the data from people who have used mobile medical applications and filled out questionnaires. The research framework is based on the Expectation Confirmation Theory, complemented by the Information Systems Success Model, and integrated Social Norms of the Theory of Planned Behavior, and this study also combined the Mobility and Health Awareness. There were 422 questionnaires in total, and 299 valid questionnaires were obtained after shaving invalid questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Smart PLS 2.0 statistical software. The results indicate: 1. Perceived usefulness and satisfaction will be positive and significantly affect the continuance intention. 2. Interpersonal and external influences will positively and significantly affect the continuance intention. 3. Mobility will be positive and significantly affect the perceived usefulness, indirectly affect the continuance intention. 4. Information quality and system quality will positively and significantly affect the perceived usefulness and confirmation. LIAO, CHE-CHEN 廖則竣 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 76 zh-TW
