Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 教學專業發展數位學習碩士在職專班 === 106 === The purpose of this study was to explore the characteristics of the development process of the implementation and growth in teaching of community teachers of a "spontaneous inter-school teacher community" by using the " preview sheet in Mandarin Chinese ." The participants of the study were eight teachers of Smile Elementary School, the researcher and another teacher from different schools. The method of the study was to use qualitative research method, based on collecting data for interviews, participatory observation, document analysis and reflection notes. According to the research findings and analysis of the comprehensive research results, the conclusions of this study were summarized as follows: 1. The implementation of a spontaneous community is flexible and diverse. Sharing, dialogue,practice, reflection shaped characteristics of the community. 2. The instructional design of the Mandarin preview sheet is based on student learning objectives , to help students to transform passive absorption into actively thinking. 3. We should build a scaffold for students’ learning by raising questions of different levels to promote the reading comprehension and the ability of thinking. 4. Combined with the preview of students and teachers’ teaching approaches, to use the cycle of practice, reflection and adjustment for learning and teaching reduces resistance. 5. The instruction of community dialogues and evaluation on teaching practice of teachers makes growth. 6. Teaching approaches have largely shifted from lecturing to empowering students with more tasks. 7. The teachers of the community enhance the teaching quality with continuous learning, demonstrate the enthusiasm of teaching with positive actions , continue learning and teaching flip with an open attitude . Based on the findings and conclusions of the research, the relevant suggestions to the teacher community, schools and teachers are proposed for future reference.
