The increase in women’s labor participation rate makes the division of responsibilities changed in modern households. This change has also forced the male and female to learn how to transform the role properly among work and family, and the unstoppable pressures and conflicts will come once they lose control. Therefore, how to play these two roles properly is concerned by many people. The main purpose of this study is to explore the effect of job demand control model on work-family conflict, and further analyze the mediation and moderating effect of social support for boundary flexibility in both fields of work and family. The most of respondents are the enterprise employees, the questionnaire survey method used in two phases of the object of the test, a total of 335 valid questionnaires were recovered, and through statistical analysis, the research results are as follows: 1. Job demand has a significant positive effect on work to family conflict. 2. Family flexibility has a significant positive effect on work to family conflict. 3. Family flexibility has a significant partial mediation effect on the relationship between job demand and work to family conflict. 4. Family support has a moderating effect on the relationship between work flexibility and work to family conflict. 5. Supervisor support has a moderating effect on the relationship between family flexibility and work to family conflict. From the results of research, it was found that when work conflicts with family, most people still tend to maintain flexibility in family boundary and deal with work in priority; In addition, social support has a significant moderating effect in this research, showing the degree of Work-Family Conflict will be significantly reduced when employees have supervisor support and family support whether that personal boundary flexibility is strong or weak. In the light of this, I recommend that employees can join on-the-job training to enrich themselves, enhance their value and expand their social network. In order to face a rapidly changing competitive environment, they are able to have absolute technical decision power and decision-making authority at work. The company implements a friendly family policy program, and creates a supportive working atmosphere with employees to reduce work-family conflict and improve organizational performance. The government's supporting measures can truly solve the difficulties for the workers who like to achieve the best balance of Work-Family, create a win-win situation for Labor and Management, and sustainable competitive advantage.
