The threat of terrorism has become a hidden threat to international security. On August 19, 2017, the World University Games were held in Taipei. However, during the opening ceremony, protests by groups outside the country due to anti-Chinese reforms temporarily affected and hindered the admission of athletes from various countries. When Taiwan citizens saw the flags of various countries entering the stadium separately, it was inevitable that they would feel embarrassed to make the opening fun. Atmosphere, once affected, for the peace mechanism in our country suddenly have doubts。 This study draws on the scholars' relevant explanations on terrorism, summarizes the definition and types of terrorism in various countries, and discusses the cases of major international sports events and the anti-terrorist acts of all countries. Possible Security Model for Terrorist Attacks, Possible Security Threats for Players and Tournament Players, and Strategies for Security Maintenance Adopted by the Government。 China's anti-terrorism as its policy, relevant laws, anti-terrorism forces, a clear understanding of the functions and purpose of counter-terrorism tasks; and analysis of China's anti-terrorism special forces in safeguarding the functions of national security should be effective as.
