Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 106 === With the progress of the information technologies, there are many monitoring equipment and analysis software produced by different vendors which are unique and incompatible. Users can not use the power quality measurement data measured by different monitoring devices on a specific software, which is very time-consuming to the exchange of information and analysis. In order to solve this problem, IEEE 1159.3 PQDIF power quality power universal format was developed.
In this thesis, different types of power quality data are sent to the server and coding by Visual Studio after sorting the data from different monitoring devices and simulation systems. Then ASP.NET is used to develop the “Power Quality Data Sharing Platform” website where the data can be presented graphically which is convenient for users to present on different operating systems and browsers. Through the above-mentioned approach, it can realize cross-platform data access, display, analysis and other applications. Users who need the data can come to the website to view the data and download it. The data can be used to verify the method of their studying which is correct or for the forecasting research.
The database in the proposed platform is SQL Server 2008, which is a server management system developed by Microsoft Corporation. SQL Server 2008 has the functions of analysis, reporting and notification, and this thesis mainly uses the functions of data storage, management, exchange process and access control in it.
Based on the tools described, a power quality data sharing platform is built to retrieve the data in the server and present the data on the system for cross-platform data access, display and analysis which significantly increases the convenience for users.
