The major results that foreign domestic worker leisure in free time of work or leisure while work.most kind of are hedonic leisure of do not spend money. also find 「indoor leisure」 and 「outdoor leisure」classify foreign domestic worker leisure in work are better. in the three influence levels, most influential factors is structure level, the second one is personal level, the last one isrelationship level. influence factors affect select desire and leisure opportunity of foreign domestic worker leisure in work. if foreign domestic worker have more free time can express their pressure on work, can reduce fatigue of the work, especially go outdoor is better, so suggest foreign domestic worker can appropriate leisure in work premise that employer agree. employer shouldn avoid limited foreign domestic worker or interfere they, can agree they appropriate go out door take a break.government should strengthen foreign domestic worker’s basic laws and regulations concept and implementation settinf of barrier-free facilities.so that foreign domestic worker can safe and convenience leisure in work, avoid because don’t no the law and than to break the law.
