博士 === 國立中正大學 === 犯罪防治研究所 === 106 === The incident of an outsider invading the campus to harm the student has always occurred and counties and cities have installed electronic walls as their response.The purpose of this study is to understand the equipment and use of the electronic wall of the first batch of schools constructed electronic walls in Tainan City in 2016. As well as investigating the problems faced by the pilot schools in Tainan City and their solutions, they can be used as reference for other schools in the future. The research object are the first batch of schools constructed electronic walls in Tainan City in 2016. There are 5 junior high schools and 5 elementary schools, totaling 10 schools.They are Yanping Junior High School, Heshun Junior High School, Liouying Junior High School, Dacheng Junior High School, Jian Sing Junior High School, Daguang Elementary School, Yongfu Elementary School, Jheng Sin Elementary School, Wunyuan Elementary School, and Degao Elementary School. Through qualitative research, field visits schools to learn about the equipment and location of electronic wall installations. Through the way of in-depth interview with equipment manufacturers and school general affairs officers or school business contractor personnel, as well as teachers and parents,talk about the advantages and disadvantages of electronic wall from the point of view of the designer and the user. The conclusions are as follows:After the electronic wall installed for the school does have a great help. Not only in the outsiders invasion of campus crime in advance of the prevention, for the school in the management of student affairs also have great benefits.Among the first batch of schools constructed electronic walls in Tainan City in 2016，Electronic wall equipment has two kinds of infrared and monitor preset. But the evaluation is better by the monitor preset warning area or the warning line.After a refinement of the size of the volume and the length of duration of sirens ,it would be more suitable for infrared electronic wall system. Reduce the troubles caused by the wrong alerts to the school.If adequate funding, it is recommended that the electronic walls of the device to network system is better to facilitate the subsequent expansion and the integration with the system.Substantive human resources are still necessary. It is advisable to provide substantial school security, or cooperation with the community, In addition to the equipment of the machine. Take the community's people, patrol teams, police stations and other esources into the school, protect the safety of children in school together.Both parents and teachers are satisfied with the school's administrative strategy for funding electronic walls installation, They feel their psychological security is enhanced. Overall, the first batch of schools constructed electronic walls in Tainan City in 2016 give a high degree of recognition for them. In use, they feel the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, and also agree Tainan City to continue to promote electronic walls. But for the equipment ,there should be a lot of room for improvement to match with the actual environment of the schools. It is expected that the promotion of the electronic wall can be extended to kindergartens and promoted to high schools.These will be the promotion key items of electronic wall policy in the future. It is hoped that in addition to the promotion of the equipment of the machine, the government will still have the cooperation of school staff in order to make campus safety more rigorous.
