The study has been divided into two phases, questionnaire construction, which is to design a situational questionnaire and the method of collecting questionnaire, which is in paper and internet questionnaires. Specifically, the questionnaire construction insisted of prevalent conflict situations in daily basis in which the appropriateness of sentence, understandings of circumstance and the meaning of expression will be focused by qualitative method of data collecting. Although both collecting methods might seem relatively similar, the higher accessibility and anonymity will be provided by the internet questionnaire. Conversely, the certain single event will be easily focused by paper questionnaire in which the speculation and general situations could be different. Despite both anonymous questionnaires, it has been tested in different groups, where the anonymity might be somehow declined. Therefore, two different reacting methods will be used to compare and contrast. A total number of 116 paper questionnaires were collected back, representing a successful rate of 98.28% (114 questionnaires). In those successful questionnaires, the number of male and female participant was both 57, occupied 50% of entire sample individually. However, a total number of 203 questionnaires were collected back from the Net, illustrating a successful rate of 100% (203 questionnaires). Surprisingly, the number of male participant was 54, occupied 26.6% of entire sample, whereas that of female participant was 149, occupied 73.4% in total. The result shows that there is the most obvious difference between paper and internet questionnaires, with an opposite result. Both questionnaires have been divided into several factors, which are Neuroticism, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Openness to experience. As for the level of reaction in the emotional intensity, internet questionnaire shows the neuroticism of personality characters in all circumstances has a clear and noticeable influence. However, only the first circumstance has an obvious influence within the paper questionnaire. Besides, the extraversion has partially influenced upon some circumstances within the Net data, whereas there is no any influences in paper one. Apart from the previous statement, the internal and external control as well as agreeableness is entirely different, where it has some influences upon part of circumstances in paper data, instead of internet. Lastly, the factor of openness to experience has no obvious influence within both questionnaires. From the aspect of situational strategy, only extraversion and neuroticism in some circumstances from the internet data has an obvious influence individually, positive strategy for the former and negative strategy for the latter. Particularly upon the level of age, only the escape strategy in paper questionnaire has been found the influence in age.
