These new generation entrepreneurs in order to seek competition in many brands of the marketplace, for their own brand to create value and wealth, are holding their own beliefs, and use different strategies trying to embark on a successful entrepreneurial path. However, not all of the entrepreneurs are able to make the strategy to be effective, and thus a few entrepreneurs fail to start and give up. This study explores the case of nine young entrepreneurs, interviews about their initial entrepreneurial motivations, entrepreneurial experiences and thinking, then summarized the successful cases of the strategies that they used, and their entrepreneurship, our study provide Taiwan's new generation of entrepreneurs in the planning, implementation of the successful direction. The conclusion of this study is that young entrepreneurs are embraced with strong enthusiasm and perseverance, uphold personal beliefs and advantages to show their own characteristics, the purpose is be a somebody in the market, in addition to the use of innovation strategies, but also make good use of Internet technology to carry forward their own brand with the current trend of science and technology. This study also focus on the results of the cases in Cultural and Creative Industry used innovation strategy, summed up the strategy of successful case and failure case for the young entrepreneurs who want to create a brand in Cultural and Creative Industry.
