However, the opportunities in the wearable device market is not as expected at present, and there is demand on health care in Taiwan, an aging society. Therefore, many manufacturers have developed wearable devices in the application of wisdom medical care. In this research, the UTAUT2 was taken as the infrastructure. Combining the trust and privacy risk related to this topic, the extended UTAUT model theoretical architecture was established, to explore the behavior intention of trust, privacy risk, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, hedonic motivation in the wearable medical device. In the research, through the questionnaire among the general consumers, the software was analyzed statistically through SPSS22.0 and AMOS20.0 to carry out quantitative data analysis and hypothesis validation. As the result showed, there was no significant effect of the trust on the privacy risk of wearable medical devices. And the trust, privacy risk, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition and hedonic motivation would play important roles in the behavior intention of the wearable medical device. Finally, the fact that the Internet of Things would play a positive role in the medical industry in the future was presented, and some reference in the business strategy and management was provided for the wearable device manufacturer.
