S ,2012). This current research aims to examine the positive leadership influence process by proposing a moderated mediation model. We argued that through mediating factor, i.e., Group positive affect, positive leadership have positive influences on task performance, while the task difficultly plays a key role as a moderator for such effects. This study empirical data of 53 finance sales group in Taiwan were collected. We then aggregated data from Group leaders and Group members to conduct Group-level analysis and use Hayes process model analysis to test our hypotheses. This study find results of regressions supported our moderated mediation model hypotheses. Opening positive leadership have positive effect on Group performance through positive leadership have positive effect on Group performance through Group positive affect, and the task difficultly plays a moderating factor for such effect, the positive leadership have positive effect on Group performance. Our research findings provide empirical evidences for the relationship between positive leadership and Group performance. We expect further clarify the influence processes of such effect. In total, we suggest that Group leaders can skillful improve Group performance with positive leadership behaviors, specially face with difficultly task. In the future we will provide detailed discussions on how these findings can contribute on Group management research and practice. Min-Ping huang 黃敏萍 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 62 zh-TW
