Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 光電工程學系 === 105 === In this study, we integrated an enzymatic glucose sensor and a pair of holographic grating into a circular heterodyne for measuring the glucose concentration. According to the optical configuration, the auto-collimation system can be achieved. The measurement results showed that the best sensitivity of the proposed system was approximated of 0.6688 mg/dl as the optimum measurement conditions were selected. The response time of the proposed system can be shorter than 2.5 sec and the usage count of the proposed sensor can be more than 50 times.
