Description
Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 資訊社會學碩士學位學程 === 105 === The purpose of this research is find out how the penetration rate of third party payment has been affected after the relaxation of authentication stipulation by the government. For third party payment has been popular abroad, we intend to figure out the hindrance and the influencing factors when Taiwan promotes third party payment and provide some directions and suggestions in the future. The questionnaires are filled out by network and the effective questionnaires count 168. According to the statistical evidence, the law relaxation does help the hotel owners have a growing recognition of third party payment and the convenience it can bring. Many people in Taiwan also have the recognition, however, low utilization rate is a problem. Because people are used to the traditional payment methods like cash, credit card or ATM transfer, it is still difficult for them to adapt to third party payment even though the hotel owners are able to provide the service. In other words, if government and owners are willing to refer to the successful overseas cases and adopt the effective approaches, the penetration rate of third party payment will be remarkably enhanced. In addition, low usability and transaction security are also indicated in the research. As was found in the research, we have some suggestions: 1. Focus on how much handling fee owners should pay third party payment companies and the transaction mechanism. 2. At present, third party payment is available for small-amount deals primarily, there might be a feasibility study for the high- expense owners about their transaction amount and frequency. 3. The government should find out the crime prevention of the transaction risks and the legal loophole during the process.
