Under this condition, engineer usually neglect about the accumulated tolerance on the equipment and component that assemble by the equipment. That could cause same series/type of machine have different yield rate and that could confuse the operator or end user.Why the yield rate is not stable? The yield rate under this condition cannot be calculated. It is happening randomly. The yield rate could be very low as the equipment tolerance meet with the assemble component lower limit tolerance. However, the condition was opposite the yield rate will be extremely low. Usually to solve this issue by reduce the tolerance of the part in the equipment, but this is going to increase the manufacturing cost. Besides that, the difficulty level of assembly machine will increase, same as the product quality. Therefore, this research utilized the adjustable module and axial center adjustment fixture to achieve easy manufacturing, low cost, high quality, high yield rate and structure of automatic assembly equipment. We also present the result that comparison between the previous machine and improved machine. Keywords: Assembly yield rate, Tolerance of component, Axial center adjustment fixture.
