Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 機械工程學系 === 105 === With the rise of mobile devices in recent years, the architecture of hardware and mobile devices has become a trend; In addition electric wheelchairs on sale is generally large, heavy quality, inconvenient to carry, big storage space occupied, no network function, so the purpose of this study is to design a lightweight, modular, intelligent and electric wheelchairs connecting to network.
This study regards lightweight intelligent and electric wheelchair based on Internet of Things as the research object, and uses the carbon fiber material as the skeleton of the intelligent electric wheelchair. This study uses the dynamic controller as the basic controller of this research, and uses the development of a IoT controller as network controller. These have achieved the purpose of electric wheelchair development.
This paper firstly introduces the research background and purpose, and reviews the literature. Secondly, the choice reason of carbon fiber material is given, and this study describes the design and optimization of carbon fiber skeleton. Thirdly, the choice reason of hub motor and C-LiFePO4 battery are analyzed, and the dynamic control is adjusted to realize the basic control of electric wheelchair. After that, the control architecture of this study and the realization method of IoT controller are introduced. Finally, some common dynamic parameters of electric wheelchair in this study are completed, and this study is summarized and foreseen.
