Advanced Planning and Scheduling System (APS) is considered as an effective management tool for production, marketing and quality control. This tool may give enterprise a well comprehensive picture of materials distribution and analysis of production load on site. It allows an enterprise to have appropriate scheduling under limited capacity condition so that making the enterprise to achieve maximum capacity with minimum costs.
