This research is supplemented by questionnaire survey. To tackle this issue, a data collection framework was adopted and developed. By using as research method the quantitative data which will help us obtain all the information needed to understand consumer perception of visit a sit-in coffee shop in both countries in this case Honduras and Taiwan. At the same time, data was recorded manually from each test so that the process could be carried out to validate our approach of making sense of the data.
