Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 社會暨政策科學學系 === 105 === The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of income and attitudes toward children on the attitudes toward divorce among Taiwanese. With the survey data of TSCS(Taiwan Social Change Survey) collected in 2012, the researcher, first, finds those who made less than NT$ 20,000 were less likely to hold the attitudes toward divorce. Second, negative perception of children enhanced the attitude toward divorce. Interestingly, negative perception toward children influenced females more than their male counterparts; females were more likely to hold the attitude toward divorce for solving the couple conflict because of the negative perception of children.
